*All players to provide their own lunch and drink bottle on the day.
*To and from the venue to be by private arrangement.
*Players need a mouthguard, football jersey, suitable shorts and football boots.
*Students must provide their own headgear should they choose to wear one.
*Please note that this is a full body contact sport.
*Competitors attending the Mid North Coast trials should be available to attend the North Coast Trials on 31st of March at Grafton Rugby Union Fields, Hay St, Grafton.
